Data protection and EU operations

Access is clearly defined and data stays in Europe. We usually run the server ourselves: updates, backups and whatever keeps the process going. For AI we use systems in the EU, including capable open-source models. Other models only if they run in the EU. We follow the GDPR.

Connecting your tools

n8n links the tools you already use. Where click-together blocks are not enough, we write the flow as code, often with Windmill, or as a small extra program.

AI with a check

AI may draft text and pre-sort enquiries: a reply and a welcome mail. Nothing goes out until a person agrees. Models run in the EU: capable open source, or another model only if it is hosted in the EU.

On site in Europe

We usually meet at the client. That is where we see the process as it really runs. For larger projects we come to you, in Germany and across the rest of the EU, to run processes or plan the next piece of work. In Berlin we meet most often at The Delta Campus in Neukölln. Remotely we work across Europe. No meetings are planned at the address in the legal notice.

Short answers

What does managed hosting mean here?

We run the server, updates and whatever keeps the process going. For most clients that is day-to-day. Self-hosting remains possible if you want to keep the infrastructure.

Where do we meet?

Preferably at your site. For larger projects we come to you, in Germany and across the rest of the EU. In Berlin we meet most often at The Delta Campus in Neukölln. No meetings are planned at the address in the legal notice.

Do you only work with n8n?

n8n connects flows. When code is the better form, Windmill comes in. We build small apps and extra programs when the process needs them.

Leonardo Scharl

I like bringing order to processes that have become messy over time. In IT I often see capable teams spending too much of the week on the same manual steps. That is where I start. Once it is clear what is needed, we move into delivery. What matters to me is reliability and a result you can follow.

Do you have a process that eats time?

Write a few lines about where it sticks and which tools are involved. Then we will say whether automation is worth it.
