Location, meetings, reach
Europe is the working area, Berlin is the base. Remotely we work with teams across the Union. On-site is the default, because bottlenecks show up faster in real work than in a slide meeting.
For larger projects we come to you, in Germany and across the rest of the EU. If we meet in Berlin: The Delta Campus, Donaustraße 44, 12043 Berlin. Day-to-day work stays hybrid. The first conversation is often a call, access is digital, acceptance uses real cases.
Who this is for
More often than scale-ups we see service businesses and owner-led companies where enquiries, support and follow-ups still live in heads and inboxes. Those flows can be automated without rebuilding the company. The focus is HR, customer service and admin: joining, leaving, requests, documents and approvals.
- Onboarding and offboarding with a checklist, drafts, and approval before anything is sent or access is removed
- Bring several channels into one inspectable case
- Prepare customer support and only reply with approval when it has to stick
- Connect CRM, accounting and specialist software, close gaps with microservices
- Operate and integrate open-source software when buying everything as SaaS is not needed
Data protection as an operations question
GDPR-compliant here means: which data moves, where the instance lives, who has access, and what happens after the project. n8n and the rest of the stack run in the EU. For AI we use EU systems and capable open-source models, otherwise models only with hosting in the EU. That does not replace a processing agreement. Hosting and mail providers are named in the privacy policy.
