Frequently asked questions
Do you automate HR processes too?
Yes. Onboarding and offboarding. Then customer service: enquiries, support with assignment, CRM. Then admin: documents, appointments and deadlines.
How do you handle employee data?
Personal data of employees stays in Europe. Access is set per person. Welcome mail and removal of access wait for a person to approve.
How is enaudo different from a standard n8n agency?
We connect flows with n8n, write code with Windmill, build small apps and integrate open-source software. Day-to-day is often managed hosting. A small Berlin studio, the founder as your contact, a documented process, and approval where it matters. Note: enaudo is an n8n affiliate, disclosed on the n8n page.
What kinds of projects are typical?
Onboarding and offboarding. Customer service: several channels in one case, support with assignment, CRM from chat and files. Admin: documents into accounting, appointments and capacity. Plus a small app where the flow needs a surface.
What does managed hosting mean here?
We run the instance, updates, monitoring and whatever keeps the process alive. For most clients that is easier than self-hosting internally. Rebuilds and new features remain separate work, kept apart from operations.
Is self-hosting still possible?
Yes. If you want to keep the infrastructure, the instance runs with you or on an EU environment we propose. You carry ongoing server cost. Workflows and code stay in your hands.
Where can we meet?
Preferably at your site. For larger projects we come to you, in Germany and across the rest of the EU. In Berlin most often at The Delta Campus, Donaustraße 44, 12043 Berlin-Neukölln. No meetings are planned at the address in the legal notice.
Do you only work in Germany?
Berlin is the base. Projects run on-site or remotely across Europe, if language and data protection fit.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope. The contact form uses budget bands from about €1,000 so both sides can see if the order of magnitude fits. Binding figures come after the statement of work.
Do we need an IT department?
No. You need someone who can explain the as-is process and check results, plus access to the systems involved. We do the engineering and, with managed hosting, the operations.
Do you also build apps?
Yes, when the flow needs a surface: a form, an internal view, an approval. Not a separate product business, but part of the automation.
How do you handle AI and data protection?
AI is optional and tied to approval when something goes outside the company. We use AI systems in the EU, including capable open-source models. Other models only with hosting in the EU. Operational data stays in Europe. We follow the GDPR. There is no hidden training on your customer data.
